2025 Community Artisan & Farmers Market Vendor Application (Village of Sandhills)

Welcome to our 2nd Season

Please complete the application to become a vendor.

Vendor spaces will be 11 x 11.

Season will be from April 22, 2025 through October 28, 2025. (This is a total of 27 weeks). Market hours will be from 2:00 - 6:00 pm.

Vendors Weekly Rates:

Single space $20.00

Double space $30.00

Triple space $40.00

Discount & Permanent space if paid in full for the season.

Single space $440.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)

Double Space $660.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)

Triple Space $880.00 (This is equivalent to 5 free weeks)

Discount & Permanent space if paid in full for 1/3 of the season (9 consecutive weeks).

Single space $160.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)

Double Space $ 240.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)

Triple Space $320.00 (This is equivalent to 1 free week)

Farmers Seasonal Rate:

Vendors will be required to get business license as required from Richland County.
